About this Role
">This is a high-level quality leadership position, responsible for driving expedited closure of complex product and process quality issues.
">The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes, including CMOS and Bipolar device technologies, with experience in process and device related defect characterization and failure mechanisms.
">In addition to leading cross-functional teams, the successful candidate will support evaluation of non-conforming material and disposition of the material, train and mentor other Quality or Process Engineers on core tools, and collaborate with Product, Process, Design, Failure Analysis and Reliability engineering organizations to drive quality improvements and implementation of the Quality Management System (QMS).

- ">
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering with 3+ years of experience.">
- Engineering Degree in Process/Microelectronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.">
- Strong technical knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes.">
- Experience in process and device related defect characterization and failure mechanisms.">
- Quality certifications like ASQ Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt, CQE, etc. will be preferred.">
