This role involves developing and implementing pricing strategies to maximize revenue, working closely with the management team, sales, marketing, and finance departments. You will also be responsible for monitoring competitor pricing and performance to assist in forecasting for the property.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pricing Strategy Development: Develop and implement pricing strategies to maximize revenue, working closely with management teams, sales, marketing, and finance departments.
- Competitor Monitoring: Monitor competitor pricing and performance to assist in forecasting for the property.
- Data Analysis: Manage data analysis, ensuring revenue reports are generated and distributed to relevant departments as required.
- Sales Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with sales teams to negotiate and close prospects for conference, rooms, and F&B departments.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role at a 4 or 5 Star level with a passion for working in a fast-paced environment.
- RMS Experience: Experience with revenue management systems is essential.
- Distribution Channels: Knowledge of distribution channels including direct bookings, OTA, and GDS platforms is necessary.
