About the Job

We are currently seeking a skilled Warehouse Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring stock levels are replenished, sales orders are accurately picked and despatched within a timely manner, and maintaining stock in a tidy, orderly manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Replenishing stock levels to meet customer demand
  • Picking and dispatching sales orders efficiently
  • Maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment
  • Ensuring stock is properly labeled and stored
  • Processing customer returns and warranty claims

Requirements:

  • Communication Skills: Good communication skills are essential for this role as you will be working closely with colleagues and customers
  • IT Literacy: Basic IT skills are required to operate warehouse equipment and systems
  • Work Ethic: A strong work ethic is necessary to meet deadlines and achieve targets
  • Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Accuracy: High degree of accuracy when processing transactions and managing stock
