Job Title: Social Care Leader

We are seeking a dedicated professional to lead a team of caregivers and ensure the delivery of high-quality services to young people and their families.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leading a team of caregivers in residential settings
  • Developing and implementing care plans tailored to individual needs
  • Collaborating with management to ensure a warm and secure environment for residents

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of two years' experience working with young people in residential settings, a driving license, and a Level 7 qualification (degree) or above in a relevant field such as Social Care, Social Work, or Psychology. The role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include developing and maintaining strong relationships with colleagues, service users, and other stakeholders.
