We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced luxury banqueting and conference manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests in line with our hotel standards.
Job Description:The luxury banqueting and conference manager will be responsible for managing the daily execution of all banquet functions, ensuring that they meet our high standards of quality and service.
This includes managing staff, coordinating events, and overseeing the setup and breakdown of function rooms. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role, with a strong knowledge of food, beverage, and banqueting.
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage staff and coordinate events effectively. They will also have a good understanding of financial management, with the ability to control costs and achieve targets.
Requirements:- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role
