Job Summary:

We are seeking an exceptional leader to join our team as a Colleague Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about developing and inspiring others to achieve their full potential.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading, mentoring and coaching a team of colleagues to deliver outstanding customer service, drive sales growth and maintain a positive work environment. You will also play a key role in collaborating with the store leadership team to achieve shared objectives and contribute to the overall success of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Development: Lead and inspire your team to achieve their best, providing regular feedback, coaching and support to ensure they have the skills and confidence to succeed.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that every customer interaction is exceptional, providing a warm welcome, resolving issues promptly and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Sales and Performance: Drive sales growth through effective sales strategies, promotions and visual merchandising, whilst maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Operations: Oversee the smooth operation of the store, ensuring that all processes and procedures are followed, and that the store is always well-organized and maintained.

Requirements:

  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience of leading a team in a retail environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, customers and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and bank holidays.
  • Knowledge of retail operations, including stock management, visual merchandising and customer service.
