Job Description:
This is an exciting opportunity for an Industrial Equipment Specialist to join our maintenance department. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing industrial equipment.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of electrical circuitry and PLCs, as well as experience with fault finding and modification of complex systems.
- Maintaining and repairing industrial equipment
- Providing support to plant facilities and systems
- Working as part of a multi-skilled team in a high tech environment
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Educated to ONC in a relevant discipline
- A minimum of 1 year's practical experience of fault finding to component level on analogue / digital systems within a manufacturing environment
- A working knowledge of PLCs
- Thorough understanding of electrical circuitry
- Computer literate
- Demonstrate an aptitude for fault finding and problem solving on production type equipment
- Ability to take general directions but work with minimal supervision
