Job Title: Support Professional

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate support professional to join our multidisciplinary team. As a key member, you will work closely with individuals with medium to profound disabilities, including those with life-limiting conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily support and care to individuals with disabilities, promoting their health, well-being, and independence.
  • Contribute to person-centred planning meetings and other relevant meetings to ensure the best possible outcomes for service users.
  • Work collaboratively with families, clinicians, and community links to provide comprehensive support.
  • Implement positive support programmes and focus on promoting independence and community integration.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to GDPR guidelines at all times.
  • Undertake required health and safety checks, risk assessments, and record/report effectively.

Requirements:

  • Qualification at Level 7 or above in a relevant area (e.g., Social Care, Social Science, Psychology, Education, Youth & Community).
  • Full manual driving licence with eligibility to drive in Ireland.
  • Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
