We are currently recruiting for Healthcare Assistants to join our team at Be Independent Home Care Ltd. As a Healthcare Assistant, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of clients, providing personalized care and support in their own homes.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will be a caring and compassionate individual with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality care. You will have a minimum of 2 QQI modules (Care Skills & Care of the Older Person) or equivalent, or a minimum of 1 year's paid experience in providing care. You must also be a dependable person with suitable work references and permission to work. Additionally, having fluent English and your own car with a full license is essential.

You will be responsible for providing care and support to clients in their own homes, including assisting with personal care activities, preparing meals, and accompanying clients on outings. You will also maintain accurate records of client interactions and care provided.

Key Benefits
  • Hourly rate starting at €16 per hour.
  • Guaranteed hours contract with a minimum of 30 hours per week.
  • €250 joining bonus after successfully completing 6 months of employment.
  • Uncapped premium travel payment rates - over 43 cents per KM.
  • Ongoing training and development opportunities.
