Chief Regulatory Officer

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned compliance professional to lead our regulatory efforts. As Chief Regulatory Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring that our business operations comply with all relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement regulatory strategies to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that business operations align with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide expert guidance on regulatory matters to senior leadership and other stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations and adapt our compliance programs accordingly.
  • Liaise with regulators and other external parties to resolve issues and ensure compliance.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in a compliance role, preferably in a financial services industry.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, including MiFID and AML/CFT.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing effective compliance programs.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
