Reliance Talent Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Van Sales Representative to join our dynamic team in Sligo. As a key member of our sales force, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by introducing and promoting a range of high-quality food products to retailers and foodservice businesses.

About the Role:
  • Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and converting leads into loyal customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to ensure repeat business and stay ahead of competitors.
  • Implement and monitor promotional activities and product launches.
  • Provide valuable market insights to management, including competitor activity and sales trends.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver excellent customer service by addressing client needs and resolving any issues efficiently.
  • Manage in-store merchandising and shelf space to optimize visibility and sales.
  • Actively participate in weekly sales meetings and share key updates with the team.
Requirements:
  • A full clean driver's license
  • Must be flexible around working times 4am - 6am start times
  • Experience in sales or merchandising in the FMCG industry
  • Excellent oral and written English language skills
  • Experience with hand-held technology
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Strong focus on providing excellent customer service
