Factual Entertainment is a key audience driver for our TV and VOD services. We are seeking a senior editorial leader to drive the development and delivery of our slate.

About the Role
  • Manage the successful delivery of new and returning factual entertainment formats across our linear and on-demand services.
  • Identify and nurture great ideas and exceptional talent across the Irish creative sector.
  • Meet audience targets and other key performance indicators.
  • Engage with industry stakeholders to deliver our content strategy in this genre.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across genres and services as a member of our Video Leadership Team.
Requirements
  • Significant senior editorial leadership experience in factual entertainment or related genres.
  • Deep understanding of audience needs and global content trends.
  • Excellent editorial judgement and an appetite for creative risk.
  • First-class skills in building relationships with key creative talent and other stakeholders.
