Role Overview:

As an Assistant Store Manager at Armani Outlet, you will support the store's overall success. Reporting directly to the Store Manager, you will lead day-to-day operations, drive sales, provide exceptional customer service, and guide a team towards profitability and growth.

You will be instrumental in overseeing the store in the absence of the Store Manager, maintaining a positive work environment that fosters teamwork and individual development.

Responsibilities:

  1. Analyse sales and performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, providing recommendations to the Store Manager.
  2. Train and empower the store team to deliver exceptional performance in product skills, customer service, CRM, VM, remote, and shop floor sales.
  3. Ensure accurate communication of team payroll changes to HR.
  4. Support the Store Manager in effectively managing staff rota and ensuring floor coverage for smooth store operations.
  5. Assist the Store Manager in completing administrative tasks, such as sales reports, petty cash, shipping records, vendor records, and HR records.
  6. Build relationships with customers and engage in building customer loyalty.
  7. Support the Store Manager in delivering daily team briefings and achieving effective management.
  8. Support career growth by identifying potential paths and encouraging professional development while reviewing team performance.
  9. Address employee concerns, conflicts, and issues with empathy and support.
