The Inside Sales Account Representative role at our organization involves managing a geographically designated book of commercial business and driving revenue delivery. This results-driven position requires a consultative sales nature, with the ability to enable growth in the hottest market sector – security software.
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for providing support to Enterprise Field Sales Account Reps to drive deals from business development to closure. This cross-functional role may involve working with legal, customer success, finance, renewal, and quoting teams to ensure effective deal closure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand overall business objectives and GTM strategy of the sales organization.
- Articulate the value proposition and business differentials to customers.
- Hunt for new business opportunities within a defined set of current customer accounts.
- Develop relationships with key decision makers and track/report on account activity.
- Work alongside dedicated renewals reps, Sales Engineers, and Sales Development reps to ensure customer success and revenue growth.
- Collaborate with channel partners to help close business.
About You:
To excel in this role, you should have 3-5+ years of technology sales experience, product, or business development. Security Software industry experience is highly valued. Your passion for identifying and selling additional sales opportunities should be evident, with a proven record of accomplishment of success (consistently achieve/overachieve quota). You must be self-motivated, persistent, and able to drive for success to deliver above sales goals.
