About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Communications to lead our communications efforts. This senior role will be central to enhancing our public presence and engagement, while also playing a key role in broader communications efforts.

  • Develop and implement a communications strategy that drives growth and brand recognition.
  • Lead the creation of engaging content and narratives for various channels, ensuring consistent brand positioning and unique identity.
  • Manage media relations, crisis management, and public perception, building and maintaining media relationships.
  • Collaborate with the events team to ensure successful promotion of temporary exhibitions and museum events, driving attendance through effective communication strategies.

The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in a senior communications role, with a proven track record of leading communications strategies for diverse brands. Experience within the cultural or tourism industry is highly desirable.
