\We are seeking a dedicated Social Care Worker to join our team at Hillcrest Residential Service in Kilkelly, Co Mayo. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering personalized care and support services to individuals with complex needs, focusing on their unique goals and aspirations.
\Responsibilities
\The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
\- Assessing individual needs and developing personalized care plans
- Providing emotional support and guidance to individuals with complex needs
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless delivery of care and support services
Qualifications and Requirements
\The ideal candidate will possess:
\- A relevant third-level qualification in Social Care or equivalent (minimum level 7)
