Job Title: Facilities Operative

We are seeking a highly skilled individual to fill the role of Facilities Operative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform regular inspections of the facility, including the office, communal areas, and production spaces, to identify any maintenance or repair needs.
  • Maintain the external grounds of the facility, including light gardening work, to create a pleasant and welcoming environment.
  • Perform minor repairs and liaise with external contractors as required, to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Manage and replenish supplies and stock, to maintain a well-stocked inventory and prevent stockouts.
  • Respond promptly to facility-related issues, to minimize disruptions and ensure business continuity.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations, to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, to provide valuable insights and inform future decision-making.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a facility or maintenance role is essential, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
  • Experience in a regulated environment is highly desirable, particularly in industries such as healthcare or manufacturing.
  • Basic knowledge of building systems (HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, electrical) is required, to enable you to perform routine maintenance tasks.
  • Familiarity with GMP, ISO 13485, or similar quality standards is an advantage, demonstrating your ability to work in a regulated environment.
