Cpl Healthcare has an exciting requirement for an Employee Benefits Coordinator, focused on Leave of Absence administration. This is a 12-month maternity leave contract, offering a unique opportunity for a skilled HR professional to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of LOA administration, working closely with various departments to ensure seamless processes. A strong background in human resources, including leave management and employee benefits, is essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all Leave of Absence queries and requests from employees.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to resolve LOA issues and improve processes.
- Develop and maintain accurate records of LOA-related documentation.
- Communicate effectively with employees and managers on LOA matters.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years' experience in human resources, including leave management/employee benefit experience.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Prior experience in a centralized human resource function/shared services environment preferred.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
