Procurement Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned procurement leader to spearhead our end-to-end procurement and supply chain operations across a multi-site healthcare network.

This key role ensures that all facilities within the network are supplied with the right materials, equipment, and services at the right time, quality, and cost, in alignment with clinical needs and organizational goals.

As a strategic procurement professional, you will be responsible for leading and managing procurement, logistics, and supply chain operations to drive business growth and improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement a centralized procurement strategy aligned with business objectives.
  2. Oversee group-wide sourcing, contracting, and vendor management to leverage economies of scale and drive cost savings.
  3. Standardize procurement policies, processes, and inventory systems across all facilities.
  4. Establish and manage efficient warehousing, distribution, and last-mile delivery to hospitals and outreach centers.
  5. Ensure uninterrupted supply of critical items including medical devices, PPE, and consumables.
  6. Collaborate with clinical, finance, and operational leaders across sites to align supply chain efforts with patient care requirements.
  7. Drive digital transformation of procurement and inventory management systems, including EMR integration.
  8. Implement risk management strategies and contingency plans to mitigate supply disruptions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Master's degree or professional certifications (CIPS, CPSM, CSCP) strongly preferred.
  • 10+ years of supply chain and procurement experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Experience overseeing procurement operations across multiple healthcare facilities or within a health system is essential.
  • Proven success in leading transformation projects, cost-saving programs, and supplier consolidation initiatives.
