Fohntech Group is seeking a skilled Orbital Welder to join their team in Denmark, with an immediate start. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing high-quality welding on stainless steel piping systems using the latest technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform orbital welding on high-purity stainless steel piping systems, adhering to industry standards and company procedures.
- Fabricate and assemble piping components, including tubing, fittings, and valves, to meet exacting specifications.
- Install and maintain piping systems, collaborating with engineers and other technicians to ensure seamless integration.
- Conduct visual and dimensional inspections to guarantee the integrity of all piping systems.
- Maintain accurate records of all welding activities, including weld logs, inspection reports, and documentation.
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and regulations, wearing appropriate personal protective equipment at all times.
Requirements
- Pharmaceutical experience is essential for this role.
- The ideal candidate should possess a safe pass, manual handling certification, and IPAF/MEWP qualifications.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in orbital welding, combined with high-purity pipe fitting expertise, is necessary.
- Previous experience working in an industrial environment is highly valued.
- Strong English language skills, both written and spoken, are required.
