Job Title:

Japanese Language Specialist

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Owning the quality and consistency of Japanese content for Call of Duty, including gameplay, in-game UI, multiplayer, live events, and marketing assets.
  • Driving transformation as we reshape our future through AI and automation, implementing new post-editing, translation, and review workflows.
  • Collaborating closely with Project Management, Localisation QA, and other Language Specialists to ensure Japanese content is authentic, player-focused, and on-brand.
What We're Looking For:
  • Expertise in localising Call of Duty content from English to Japanese, using both traditional translation and post-editing workflows.
  • The ability to diagnose bottlenecks, flag blockers, and work with the team to raise standards and improve processes.
  • A proactive approach to embracing and driving the transformation toward AI-powered localisation.
