Senior Manager

This role facilitates collaboration between the SSC (Shared Services Organization) and BPO partners, as well as internal customers across Business Units.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a service strategy that aligns with organizational objectives and drives performance improvement.
- Establish and maintain governance frameworks for SSC services operations, including defining roles and responsibilities, meeting structures, and decision-making processes.
- Define performance metrics and monitor progress against service level agreements to ensure delivery meets or exceeds standards.
- Evaluate and refine interaction models and governance structures to meet contractual obligations.
- Lead incident reporting processes and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve business-impacting incidents.
- Manage a quality control resource focused on finance and internal control assurance across all SSC service functions.
- Develop value-added business unit and service recharge models based on best practices.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to drive strategic initiatives and enhance service delivery practices.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholder behavior.
- Strong analytical and process improvement skills.
- Proficiency in service management frameworks and methodologies.
