Lead Enterprise CI/CD Architect
About the Role:
This is a hands-on leadership position that involves designing and driving the next-generation enterprise continuous integration and continuous delivery pipeline strategy. The ideal candidate will have expertise in building and scaling a world-class Jenkins platform, embedding DevOps best practices, and leading a high-performing engineering team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement enterprise pipelines using Jenkins, Octopus Deploy, and Git.
- Build and lead a team of DevOps engineers, drive automation, and ensure best-in-class deployment practices.
- Champion DevOps culture by promoting infrastructure as code (IaC), automation, security, compliance, and continuous improvement across teams.
- Streamline delivery processes, strengthen governance, and push operational excellence.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven expertise in Jenkins, including building, scaling, and managing enterprise CI/CD platforms.
- Strong knowledge of Octopus Deploy, Git, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
- Solid coding skills (Python, Node.js) and experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform, Kubernetes, Docker).
- 8+ years of experience in DevOps, preferably in financial services or regulated industries.
- 3+ years of leadership experience, delivering CI/CD solutions at scale.
- Strong understanding of DevOps methodologies and ITIL frameworks.
- Collaborative leadership skills, proactive problem-solving, and passion for innovation.
