About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional maintenance and project-related services at our client's headquarters. This is a standalone role, but you will be supported by a regional technical team to help you make an impact.

You will be responsible for managing statutory compliance, KPIs, and SLAs while driving energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives. You will also lead and develop a high-performing technical team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.

In addition, you will manage client relationships with transparency and alignment, attending meetings, offering expert advice, and identifying growth opportunities. You will oversee reactive maintenance, contractor management, and project work, ensuring quality and compliance at every step.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 10+ years' experience in facilities maintenance and contract management
  • Strong mechanical, HVAC, BMS, and electrical knowledge
  • Qualification in Electrical, Mechanical, or Building Services
  • Proven ability to lead multi-functional teams and drive performance
  • Strong decision-making skills and a customer-focused approach
