Job Title: Chief Financial Operations Officer

A highly motivated and experienced finance professional is required to join our organization in a key role within the finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate and timely financial records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing strategic financial support to drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate and timely month-end reporting
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant financial regulations
  • Provide financial support to other departments to help achieve operational targets
  • Assist with internal and external audits, including SOX compliance
  • Analyse material usage variances for raw materials, powder, and packaging
  • Prepare and gain approval for monthly reconciliations
  • Support site initiatives related to new projects and product launches
  • Post month-end journals, including MUV, CIP, transfer journals, and others as required

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar Management or Cost Accounting role
  • Background in the manufacturing industry is essential
  • Strong IT skills, with proficiency in financial systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
