Job Description

Develop, implement and oversee third-party and outsourcing activities in Europe. A key focus area is the management of risk associated with these activities.

  • Lead Role: The role requires a high level of leadership to drive the development and maintenance of our outsourcing and third-party risk management framework.
  • Outsourcing Arrangements: Oversee the full lifecycle of outsourcing arrangements including due diligence, contract negotiations, performance monitoring and contract termination processes.
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders and third-party service providers driving commercial value through strategic negotiations and strong partnerships.
  • Register Maintenance: Manage the outsourcing register and maintain a meticulous record of all intra-group and external third-party arrangements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement and oversee Monzo's third-party and outsourcing activities in Europe.
  • Manage the outsourcing register and maintain a meticulous record of all intra-group and external third-party arrangements.
  • Act as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders and third-party service providers.
