Job Title: Transfer Agency AML Analyst

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Transfer Agency AML Analyst. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring transactions are processed accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop customized transaction services reports based on thorough data analysis
  • Monitor and research errors to ensure adherence to strict audit and control policies
  • Resolve complex transaction services issues using technical expertise/judgment
  • Anticipate and respond to requests for transaction deliverables from internal and external clients and vendors
  • Develop strategic decisions based on in-depth comprehension of cash operations team interactions with other business units
  • Review investors in line with periodic review plans
  • Track progress of reviews in line with target dates

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in trade / cash operations management
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Expert level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Proficient knowledge of English
