Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced IT professional to lead the delivery and resilience of IT infrastructure services in a regulated financial environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory frameworks, while managing infrastructure across on-premises and cloud platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, maintain, and test disaster recovery and business continuity plans, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee enterprise backup solutions and storage infrastructure, ensuring secure, compliant, and recoverable systems.
  • Ensure availability, performance, and security of network infrastructure.
  • Manage Microsoft 365 platform including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Intune, and associated compliance/security features.
  • Manage relationships with third-party vendors and managed service providers, including contract performance, SLA adherence, service reviews, and escalation handling.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation for all systems and controls. Ensure full compliance with regulatory standards.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Education: Certifications such as ITIL, Microsoft (Azure/M365), Cisco, or ISO 27001 are advantageous.
  • Experience: 5+ years experience managing IT infrastructure in a regulated environment.
  • Knowledge: Strong knowledge of relevant regulatory frameworks, IT risk and resilience, and business continuity standards.
  • Vendor Management: Experience working with third-party vendors and MSPs, with a focus on performance management and governance.
  • Technical: Expertise in backup solutions, storage systems, M365, and networking technologies.
