At Bakestone Ltd., we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Confectionery Artisan to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in baking and a proven ability to produce high-quality pastries and desserts.

The Senior Confectionery Artisan will be responsible for producing a range of up to 60 different breads, cakes, and pastries daily from scratch for our Cafe and sister gastro pub the White Horse. This includes quality control, stock levels, and monitoring and sourcing the best local ingredients to use in our changing seasonal menu.
