As Customer-First Propositions Specialist, you will drive the development of differentiated propositions that meet the needs of our customers, while also aligning with our organizational objectives.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive proposition strategy that meets the needs of our business customers.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to co-create and deliver best-in-class experiences.
  • Own the proposition roadmap for Business Banking, ensuring alignment with strategic missions and enterprise objectives.
  • Lead the development of innovative solutions that deliver real customer value while meeting commercial and regulatory objectives.

  • Build strong business cases to demonstrate the viability of propositions and their alignment with our organizational goals.
