Theatre Scrub Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Theatre scrub nurse to promote best practice in nursing care, provide clinical expertise and support within the team, and encourage open communication.
Key Responsibilities:- Support colleagues in achieving department objectives
- Promote excellence in nursing care
- Provide clinical guidance and support within the team
- Foster effective communication
- Registration with the relevant professional body
- Demonstrable commitment to patient Safety & Quality
- Minimum 2 years post graduate acute care nursing experience in a Theatre setting
- Theatre Nursing experience and up-to-date knowledge of Theatre practices
- Experience in Orthopaedics
- Excellent organisational skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
