Civil Engineer Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Civil Engineering Design Professional to develop innovative solutions for our clients.
- Develop civil engineering designs, prepare site plans, create stormwater management and erosion control strategies, and ensure compliance with applicable codes and regulations.
- Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders to keep projects on track and deliverables on schedule.
- Prepare or assist in the development of civil design plans and site layouts.
- Design and analyze stormwater management and erosion control systems.
- Ensure project compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and team members.
- Manage timelines and project deliverables.
Key Qualifications:
- Strong civil engineering design experience.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and/or MicroStation.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with stormwater management and erosion control practices.
- Understanding of regulatory compliance and civil engineering standards.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (required).
- Associate's or two-year degree in AutoCAD or related field (recommended).
- Minimum 5 years of experience.
