We are seeking a highly skilled Post Silicon Performance Engineer to join our team.
Job DescriptionThis is an exciting opportunity to work on the development of high-performance CPU systems, ensuring their optimal performance and power consumption. As a Post Silicon Power and Performance Engineer, you will be responsible for characterizing, debugging, and optimizing the performance and power consumption of CPUs in complex SoC systems. Your expertise will be instrumental in setting up methodologies, developing validation plans, recommending tuning optimizations, and verifying that newly arrived silicon meets the highest performance standards.
You will also participate in architecture and product definition feedback for the next generation of CPU by closing the loop with real silicon analysis. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication and collaboration abilities, and a passion for technical innovation.

Requirements- Bachelor or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- 8+ years of practical experience in post-silicon performance and power analysis of SoCs
- Strong programming/scripting skills (C/C++, Python)
- Deep knowledge of CPU architecture, SoC system architecture, system benchmarking techniques, and power reduction and optimization methods
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
