The appointed Site Manager will be responsible for overseeing all Civils works on a Residential site in Meath, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to the highest standards.

This role requires hands-on management of daily site activities throughout the project lifecycle, leading the team to successful project completion. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing multiple projects effectively.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage subcontractors and coordinate site operations
  • Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, building regulations, and best practices
  • Liaise with clients and design teams as required
  • Prepare and submit project progress reports
  • Report into the Project Manager and Senior Monitor

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in the role
  • Fully qualified driving licence
  • Experience on Residential sites with Civils Contractors
  • Safe Pass & Manual Handling certification
  • Strong IT skills, proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Excellent leadership, teamwork, and coordination abilities
