The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical direction to the team, overseeing the development of automated QA and Engineering pipelines, and driving strategic direction for the modernization and automation of Core Banking change.
Key Accountabilities:
- Lead a technical team of QA and automation experts.
- Provide technical direction to the team.
- Oversee the development of automated QA and Engineering pipelines.
- Drive strategic direction for the modernization and automation of Core Banking change.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have at least 10+ years' experience in software development and QA, with at least 5 years in a lead role. You should also have deep technical knowledge of Core Banking applications across multiple technology architectures, including Mainframe and Java/Linux. Additionally, you should be experienced in QA automation tooling, Agile Methodologies, and producing technical strategy papers.
