Key Responsibilities
  • Successfully negotiate sales, overcoming objections.
  • Pursue leads generated by the marketing team.
  • Maintain accurate customer information in compliance with GDPR guidelines.
  • Issue motor, home, and van insurance quotes for both inbound and outbound purposes
  • Address customer queries promptly.
  • Cross-sell Insurance Products.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly targets for quotations issued and sales closed.
  • Establish client accounts, ensuring relevant documentation is up-to-date.
  • Monitor changes in customer details and update the system accordingly.
  • Report rate increases to the team leader/manager monthly and customer feedback.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • CIP, APA Personal General or grandfathered qualification.
  • At least 2 years of insurance experience preferably in a brokerage environment.
  • A strong focus on sales and a desire to build a career in this area.
  • A commitment to delivering high-quality service to customers and potential customers.
  • The ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
