Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced customer service professional to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and live chat.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

This is a permanent role reporting to the customer service manager, and the successful candidate will be based in Galway City.

Responsibilities:
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
  • Address and resolve concerns related to orders, product information, refunds, commissions, and account issues
  • Handle product complaints, ensuring a prompt resolution in line with company policies while maintaining customer satisfaction
  • Provide clear guidance on company policies, promotions, and compensation plans
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, business models, and compliance guidelines
  • Process refunds, exchanges, and adjustments in accordance with company policies
  • Accurately document customer interactions and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department
  • Assist customers in navigating back-office systems and understanding their earnings and orders
  • Represent the company in a professional, courteous, and knowledgeable manner
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
Requirements:
  • Native language speaker of one or more languages
  • Fluency in spoken and written English
  • Previous experience in Customer Service, preferably in network marketing, direct sales
  • Strong communications skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
