A skilled Maintenance Engineer (Days) is sought to join our client's growing team in a respected and well-established organisation in Monaghan. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a secure industry with excellent pay and a good work/life balance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct planned and reactive maintenance on various manufacturing equipment
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults to reduce downtime
- Complete routine inspections and ensure accurate records of maintenance activities
- Collaborate with production teams to support efficiency and reliability
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and health & safety standards
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Engineer in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills essential
- Recognised engineering qualification desirable
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently while also contributing as part of a team
