Job Description

We are seeking an experienced CAD Team Lead to oversee the efficient delivery of high-quality technical drawings, models, and design documentation. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing CAD standards, managing workflows, and integrating new technologies to enhance design processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the CAD team, providing mentorship, training, and technical support.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain CAD standards, best practices, and quality control procedures.
  • Oversee the production and coordination of 2D and 3D CAD models/drawings for a variety of projects.
  • Work closely with engineers, architects, and project managers to ensure accurate and efficient design workflows.
  • Manage software licenses, updates, and integration of new technologies (AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D, SolidWorks, etc.).
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, project specifications, and regulatory requirements.
  • Troubleshoot CAD-related technical issues and optimize performance across the team.
  • Maintain and develop CAD libraries, templates, and automation tools to improve efficiency.
  • Liaise with external stakeholders, contractors, and clients to ensure seamless design coordination.
  • Support BIM (Building Information Modelling) integration where required.
