The primary objective of a Senior Quality Control Associate is to oversee and manage analytical testing of products in a biotechnology company.

This involves applying principles, concepts, theories, and standards of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) QC analytical laboratories.

Responsibilities include planning and performing analyses with efficiency and accuracy, troubleshooting, solving problems, and communicating with stakeholders.

Key qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in a Science-related field and 4+ years of biopharmaceutical QC experience or related quality control or GMP laboratory experience in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for initiating changes in controlled documents, participating in audits, initiatives, and projects, and introducing new techniques to the lab.

They must have excellent leadership and communication skills to communicate requirements to colleagues.

A strong attention to detail and ability to recognize and escalate problems are essential for success.
