Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Expert to join our team in the Shared Services Centre. As a French-speaking Accountant, you will work closely with the RTR team, focusing on the French Market.

You will be responsible for managing monthly general ledger close activities, ensuring compliance with French GAAP. Additionally, you will review and prepare monthly reconciliations and journal entries to ensure high-quality compliance with French GAAP.

Your responsibilities will also include completing SOX controls in line with the control matrix, collaborating closely with our outsourced business partner, and maintaining and developing relationships with key stakeholders.

Furthermore, you will ensure timely completion of internal and external audits, identify opportunities for process improvement, and participate in key team projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Fluency in French is required.
  • Accounting qualification: ACA, ACCA, CPA, CIMA preferred; part-qualified candidates will be considered.
  • Experience: 2-3 years in a Shared Service Centre and/or multinational corporation.
  • ERP Systems: Experience with SAP or other major ERP systems is highly desirable.
  • Skills: Demonstrated initiative in change management and process improvements.
