**Job Title:** Service Advisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Representative to fill this role.

The Role:

This is an excellent opportunity to work in a growing industry sector as a Customer Service Liaison.

  • Answering the telephone and booking in customers for services
  • Maintaining a daily diary
  • Welcoming customers to the showroom and checking their details on arrival
  • Documenting the customers' car problems and passing the information to the mechanics
  • Consulting with mechanics about repairs
  • Answering questions about service outcomes (after consulting with the mechanic if necessary)
  • Consulting with customers and mechanics to schedule car check-ups and service appointments
  • Giving the customer, an approximate cost and time it will take for repairs to be completed
  • Invoicing the service charge and receiving payment

**Key Skills & Experience:**

  • Previous Reception/ Service/ After Sales experience
  • Prior experience in the motor industry would be a distinct advantage
  • Initiative-taking professional with excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent administration skills

  • Strong interpersonal, written, and communication skills
