We are seeking a talented Logistics Coordinator Manager to join our team at DSV Road GmbH. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for overseeing the full transport process from booking to final delivery, ensuring customer satisfaction.
You will engage with hauliers and shipping lines to secure transportation in line with customer requirements, handle operational tasks, such as invoicing, preparing transport documentation, and resolving any issues related to cargo movement.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and telephone skills, strong problem-solving skills, and proven customer service skills.
Main Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full transport process from booking to final delivery, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Engage with hauliers and shipping lines to secure transportation in line with customer requirements.
- Handle operational tasks, such as invoicing, preparing transport documentation, and resolving any issues related to cargo movement.
- Ensure all transport activities comply with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
