We are seeking an experienced Front of House Manager to lead our front-of-house operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and a welcoming environment for guests.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for cultivating a positive atmosphere, upholding high standards of service and professionalism, and supporting all areas of the property to deliver excellent customer care.

• At least 2 years' experience in a Front of House or Front Office Management role within a 5-star Hotel environment is essential.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate with colleagues and guests alike.
• Excellent Leadership, Customer Service, Organisation, Time Management, Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills are required.
• A positive attitude, excellent interpersonal skills, and flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays are necessary.
