Job Summary

We are recruiting a skilled Barista/Front of House to join our team in Kilkenny City. This role will cover mid-week shifts and some weekends.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is customer focused, has barista knowledge, and is a positive team player.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high standard, friendly customer service in a fast-paced cafe environment
  • Participate in daily cafe operations including order taking, barista tasks, and cash handling in line with company policy
  • Support teamwork and maintain a positive, customer-focused atmosphere
  • Handle tasks efficiently while multitasking during peak periods
Qualifications and Skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Coffee knowledge is essential
  • A desire to provide a consistently high standard of customer service
  • The ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • A good command of the English language
  • Impeccable self-presentation
  • Previous experience as waiting staff is preferred
