The company is looking for a seasoned finance professional to join its team as a Transaction Reporting Specialist. This role will play a crucial part in the company's regulatory reporting function and will be responsible for ensuring effective delivery of SFTR and Mi FIR reports.

Responsibilities include analysing and assessing the impact of regulatory changes, remediating and resubmitting transactions within regulatory deadlines or agreed timeframes, building and managing strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendor partners, overseeing data quality, challenging processes, implementing robust testing and reconciliation protocols, performing regular risk and control assessments, maintaining a strong control environment, and maintaining and evolving detailed procedures and operating model documentation.

  • ">
  • Minimum 3 years experience in transaction reporting across at least two regimes (SFTR, Mi FIR; EMIR desirable but not critical)">
  • Strong knowledge of SFTR, Mi FIR; EMIR Refit and shareholding disclosures experience advantageous">
  • Excellent Excel skills, macro-level skills essential, VBA preferred">
  • Proven ability to interpret and apply regulatory requirements">
  • Experience across a wide range of instrument classes (bonds, equities, derivatives)">
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills">
