Job Title: Head of Nursing Operations

The Head of Nursing Operations is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing the day-to-day nursing operations in our Dublin-based facility.

">Key Responsibilities:">
  • ">
  • Conducting regular inspections and monitoring their findings to ensure high standards of care are maintained">
  • Leading employee onboarding, continuing education, and development initiatives to enhance staff capabilities">
  • Promoting innovative practice through collaboration with healthcare professionals">
  • E nsuring adherence to regulatory requirements, company policies, and best practices in elder care">
  • Scheduling regular meetings with clinical personnel to foster open communication and address concerns">

The ideal candidate will establish strong relationships with community organizations to increase engagement and participation among residents, promoting a welcoming atmosphere in the facility. They will also work closely with the marketing team to leverage opportunities and enhance the home's reputation within the local community.

">Requirements:">
  • ">
  • C urrent NMBI registration (General Division)">
  • At least 3 years' experience working with older adults, gained within the last 6 years">
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a management or supervisory capacity">
  • A post-registration qualification in Healthcare Management or equivalent (desirable)">
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively at all levels">
  • In-depth knowledge of aging processes and elder care best practices">
  • A genuine passion for working with elderly residents in a compassionate, person-centered manner">
