Senior Structural Precast Project Manager

Project Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the development and implementation of precast concrete structural systems for large-scale projects.
The ideal candidate will have an in-depth understanding of precast concrete technology, exceptional project management skills, and a proven track record in delivering complex structural projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and engineer precast concrete elements, including beams, columns, slabs, and wall panels.
- Conduct thorough structural analysis and load calculations to ensure safety, stability, and compliance with industry standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and optimize precast concrete solutions tailored to project requirements.
- Oversee the preparation of detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and reports.
- Manage the production process by coordinating with manufacturing teams to ensure accuracy, quality, and efficiency in the fabrication of precast elements.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and design teams.
- Ensure projects meet all relevant regulations, safety standards, and client expectations.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets, ensuring successful and timely delivery of projects.
- Review and approve designs, shop drawings, and structural calculations.
- Liaise with clients to provide technical support, address concerns, and present design solutions.
- Conduct site visits to monitor installation, address issues, and ensure compliance with design specifications.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in structural engineering, with a strong focus on precast concrete.
- Proficiency in structural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Tekla, and other relevant BIM tools.
- Comprehensive knowledge of industry codes and regulations.
- Strong project management skills with experience leading complex structural projects.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
- Chartered Engineer status is preferred.
