Performance Optimization Expert

This is a pivotal opportunity for an experienced professional to assume a key role in our Performance Engineering team, ensuring the scalability and high performance of large-scale applications.

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Performance Engineer to join our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective performance testing strategies, collaborating closely with development teams to resolve application performance issues, and mentoring junior team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, execute, and analyze performance testing plans to identify areas for improvement.
  • Maintain and develop performance testing tools and scripts to ensure optimal system performance.
  • Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot and resolve performance-related issues.
  • Integrate performance testing into continuous integration and deployment pipelines.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 10+ years of industry experience in performance engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior capacity.
  • Hands-on experience with LoadRunner, NeoLoad, JMeter, Selenium, or similar tools.
  • Strong knowledge of APM tools such as Dynatrace, AppDynamics, or New Relic.
  • Proven experience analyzing performance for Java applications, containerized/serverless environments, databases (MSSQL, Oracle, DynamoDB), and JavaScript-based front ends.
  • Solid understanding of Linux/Unix and Windows environments.
  • Experience with AWS and integrating performance testing into CI/CD pipelines.
  • Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, Python, SQL, and version control tools such as GIT or Bitbucket. ],
