They will have proven ability to retain and grow accounts, identify client challenges, and develop targeted solutions to drive business value.

A successful Senior Relationship Manager must be a skilled communicator, comfortable leading complex negotiations, renewals, and expansions with senior stakeholders. They will have excellent commercial instincts, a track record of influencing decision-makers, and the ability to manage multiple high-value accounts simultaneously.

To succeed in this role, you will need to be a strategic thinker with a customer-centric approach, able to build trusted advisor relationships and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver exceptional outcomes. You will be motivated, proactive, and commercially savvy, with a preference for candidates from competitor ALSPs or legal tech environments.

  • Job Requirements
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Develop and maintain a clear understanding of client business objectives, market trends, and competitor activities to inform strategic account growth plans.
  • Relationship Building: Foster deep, trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders, including General Counsels and Legal Directors, to drive long-term engagement and loyalty.
  • Account Growth: Identify opportunities for revenue expansion through account extensions, additional services, and cross-selling relevant solutions.
  • Negotiation and Influence: Lead complex negotiations, renewals, and expansions with senior stakeholders to secure long-term engagements and drive business value.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including delivery, talent, and commercial teams, to ensure successful execution of strategic account growth plans.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain a clear and accurate 12-month pipeline across your account base to support internal forecasting and planning.
